On every other platform, landlords upload their own photos. We have confirmed cases where the same photo appears on listings for different properties in different cities.
Identity is unverified
A phone number is not an identity. Scammers create new accounts daily. Other platforms have no mechanism to prevent banned users from returning.
Deposits go directly to the landlord
When you pay a deposit before moving in on other platforms, you are sending money to a stranger. There is no escrow, no hold, and no comeback.
Disputes go unresolved
Submitting a dispute report on most platforms results in nothing. There is no enforcement, no blacklist, and no accountability.
